This year's County Parks Grants yeilded great news for CLHYF! We were awarded monies needed for a fertilizer injection system (in coordination with & co-sponsored by CL Little League), as well as a grant for the slab that will be the foundation for a future storage and meeting building! These grants will do great things for making our fields better, and giving us a secure 
place where we can store all of our equipment on-site.
Last year's grants were fantastic as well! We were able to get one of our fields seeded, some field equipment for the teams to use (sleds, field markers, etc) and SOD on the main practice field (happening NOW!)! It's exciting to see all of the improvements happening at Hidden Valley Sports Park.
Next time the opportunity presents itself, thank a county official for their hard work in making sure there is support for our parks.
